The Wellness HUB Terms & Conditions

1. Intellectual Property:

  • Participants acknowledge that all materials, content, and intellectual property provided by the Wellness HUB are owned exclusively by Wellness Worx.
  • Participants agree not to replicate, distribute, or disclose any proprietary information shared during the program.

2. Confidentiality:

  • Participants must maintain the confidentiality of information shared by other participants within the Wellness HUB.
  • Any discussions, materials, or insights shared during the program should be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties.

3. Scope of Practice:

  • Participants agree to operate their wellness business within their recognized scope of practice and adhere to ethical standards.
  • Participants must refer clients to appropriate healthcare professionals when necessary and not provide medical advice beyond their expertise.

4. Payment:

  • Payment for the Wellness HUB program is due monthly and will be debited automatically from the participant's provided payment method.
  • If payment is 30 days overdue without notice or a mutually agreed-upon payment plan, the participant may be removed from the Wellness HUB program.

5. Defamation:

  • Participants are prohibited from making negative or defamatory statements about other businesses, individuals, or the Wellness HUB itself.
  • Disputes or concerns should be addressed through proper channels within the program.

6. Standards of Conduct:

  • Participants agree to maintain a professional and supportive demeanour within the Wellness HUB community.
  • Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in the participant being removed from the program.

7. Attendance:

  • Participants are expected to attend scheduled sessions and actively participate in the program.
  • Excessive absenteeism may impact the participant's ability to derive full benefits from the program.

8. Termination:

  • The Wellness HUB reserves the right to terminate a participant's membership at its discretion for violation of any terms and conditions.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

  • The Wellness HUB reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of such changes in a timely manner.

10. Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australian Consumer Law (ACL), and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.

Participants are encouraged to thoroughly read and understand these terms and conditions before enrolling in the Wellness HUB program.
