Work/Life balance to prevent burnout

How you choose to distribute your energy between the main components of life (work, rest, family and leisure), will play a part in your health, happiness, relationships, and workplace performance. The cost of poor work/life balance is high for both the employer and the employee. In this workshop, I will provide a holistic framework of work/life balance tips and strategies to align your company’s goals with each individual’s health and wellbeing.
